Day 1 of 365
Here you are 2025. 365 white pages in a notebook. And I know, no matter what my kind of plans are looking like: Life will have a different idea.
So let’s make the best out of it, won’t we?
My dog would definitely agree: Let’s make it better than New Years Eve. Like most of the dogs and animals, he is scared of all the fireworks. And it is not during New Years Eve only. It starts around Christmas, gets worse, when you can buy all the fireworks at supermarkets and whatever and on New Years Eve people can’t wait until midnight. Oh no! They have to fire all the stuff beginning in the middle of the day and 30 minutes before midnight you can’t be sure, if you haven’t missed it already. Really annoying. After midnight, they won’t stop for hours and you will always hear the fireworks throughout the whole 1st of January.
Really, really frustrating and we all know, it will not stop tomorrow. Oh no! It will go on, even though it is forbidden and can be really expansive, if you fire off fireworks other than December 31st or January 1st.
Fortunately, my dog and the dog from our neighbors took it quite well last night, but getting them outside? Nearly impossible at the moment. We had a little but wonderful and cozy celebration, a LOT of food and little sleep.
2025 started. Let’s see where it will get me. I have a lot in mind, but … see the beginning of my post.
I want to write this year. Not only my bachelor degree or tests. Started today already, because I started all this trackers in my bullet journal. Maybe this will keep me on my toes?
